Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using beebuzzed.us or purchasing any products from Swarm Beverages, LLC.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using beebuzzed.us and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products from SWARM. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to cancel orders and refuse service if we believe this requirement has not been met.
3. Products & Pricing
We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, pricing, and availability at any time without notice. Prices are listed in USD. We make every effort to display accurate product information, but we do not guarantee that descriptions or pricing are error-free. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and notify you.
4. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method for the total order amount including applicable taxes and shipping fees. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, errors in product or pricing information, or unavailability of stock.
5. Subscriptions
Subscription plans renew automatically at the selected frequency until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account portal. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle. No refunds are issued for subscription charges already processed.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the United States only. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. SWARM is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Title and risk of loss for products transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7. Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy page for full details. Consumable products that have been opened cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on beebuzzed.us, including logos, text, graphics, images, and product designs, is the property of Swarm Beverages, LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swarm Beverages, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
10. Health Disclaimer
SWARM products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Not recommended for persons under 18, pregnant or nursing women, or those sensitive to botanical supplements. Consult your healthcare provider before consuming if you have a medical condition or take medications.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised date.
